MITA DISSECTS MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR POTENTIAL OF “FULL” REQUIREMENTS OF ARIZONA SOCIAL EQUITY LICENSE PROGRAM
Potential cannabis entrepreneurs get legal knowledge and details at
online event for lucrative social equity licenses.
PHOENIX, Ariz., (September 1, 2021) – The Marijuana Industry Trade Association – MITA will host a virtual event dissecting the multi-million dollar potential of Arizona’s newly released “complete” social equity cannabis license requirements 48 hours after the final rules are established.
Entrepreneurs have finally heard Arizona Department of Health Services’ (AZDHS) final piece of social equity license requirements, qualifying geographic locations, for applicants seeking one of 26 social equity marijuana licenses.
MITA quickly assembled an expert legal team to help potential cannabis entrepreneurs understand the laws and qualifications AZDHS will require from applicants of the 26 social equity licenses to give them time to prepare when the program opens this December. Legal experts include:

MITA’s team of legal experts on the virtual event will focus on providing the understanding and knowledge social equity applicants need to apply for a license. There will also be an in-person event on September 29, from 6 – 9 p.m., at MITA’s regular monthly meeting titled, Who is Eligible for Social Equity and Why.
